If you need help with your ULM Credentials, please read the following guidelines:

What is my username?
Your username is the first part of your email address before the @ symbol. If your email address is ‘user123@warhawks.ulm.edu’ then your username is ‘user123’. If you do not know your email address, you may use this online form to look up your username using your CWID.
What is my password?
Your default password is your birth-date followed by a dash “-“ and the last four digits of your CWID. For example, if your birthday is 04-17-85 and the last four digits of your CWID is 1234, then your myULM default password will be 041785-1234. There are no spaces in the password. Here is an example of the format:
MMDDYY-XXXX
MM=Birth month
DD=Birth day
YY=birth year
- = dash character
XXXX = last 4 digits of CWID

I can’t remember my password to access myULM, webmail, or Moodle.
Call the IT Helpdesk at (318)342-3333. Their hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:30 am-5:00 pm, and Friday, 7:30 am-11:30 am.

I have not received an invitation email: If you are serving as a Reference or Reviewer and have not received your invitation email, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still cannot find your invitation email, reset your password to log in. Password recovery is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). See Blackbaud ID for password reset instructions.

If you are signing in with SSO as a Reference, Reviewer, or Donor, go to the Admin and Applicant tab to log in.

I cannot remember my password: Password reset is handled by Blackbaud ID (BBID). If you have forgotten your password, visit Blackbaud ID, select Forgot Password, and enter your email address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. For additional help, visit the Blackbaud ID Password Help page.
