James Cofer

During his career, James Cofer has been the president of two universities (University of Louisiana at Monroe and Missouri State University); was the chief financial officer at Murray State; and at various times oversaw the fiscal affairs for the statewide university systems in Arkansas, Georgia and Mississippi. His résumé also includes four years as the chief fiscal officer for the State of Mississippi.
