Shady Wall

Shadrack Wall aka Shady was born in 1922 and passed away in 1985. He was a local banker and a Louisiana state representative from Ouachita Parish and is remembered for his colorful dress, speeding in his Rolls Royce, flamboyant personality, gifts to local charities, and his penchant for packing a pistol in his boot holster.
