COMO Charitable CompeteLA Scholarship

• The student must be enrolled in the CompeteLA program.
• The student must reside in Fraklin Parish.
• Recipients must meet university standards for acceptance into the University of Louisiana Monroe and have a minimum college GPA of 2.5.
