David Baughman, DDS, MD Doctorate of Pharmacy Scholarship Endowment

The David Baughman, DDS, MD Doctorate of Pharmacy Scholarship Endowment was established by David Baughman, DDS, MD. The purpose is to provide scholarships for deserving Pharm.D. students.

To qualify for the scholarship, a student must meet the following:

A. Recipient(s) must be a full-time student pursuing a Doctorate of Pharmacy.
B. Recipient(s) must meet university standards for acceptance in the University of Louisiana at Monroe Pharmacy School.
C. Recipient(s) must comply with standards of the ULM Pharmacy School.
D. Recipient(s) must be a citizen of the United States at the time of receiving the scholarship.

SELECTION OF RECIPIENT:
The College of Health and Pharmaceutical Sciences Scholarship Committee will send recommended recipient(s) name(s) to the University of Louisiana at Monroe Scholarship Committee for final selection(s). The name of the recipient(s) shall be forwarded to the Scholarship Office as soon as a selection is made.
