Don A. Baxter Endowment Scholarship in Construction

The Don A. Baxter Scholarship in Construction was established by the Northeast Louisiana Contractors Association, A.G.C., Inc. in honor of Don A. Baxter, a prominent northeast Louisiana building contractor.

1. Recipient(s) must be pursuing a degree in Construction.
2. Recipient(s) must have at least a 2.5 ULM GPA.
3. To renew the scholarship, the recipient(s) must earn at least a 2.5 GPA.
