Dr. Robert Holt Award for Excellence in School of Sciences

Established to honor the memory and contributions of Dr. Robert L. Holt who served as a faculty member of the Department of Chemistry from 1961-1992 and as department head 1981-1992. In addition, the award is to recognize and encourage achievement in the School of Sciences.

1. Recipient(s) must be a School of Sciences major and at least a sophomore or higher classification.
2. Recipient(s) must have a 2.5 minimum cumulative GPA and a 3.0 minimum GPA in School of Sciences courses.
3. Recipient(s) must have demonstrated outstanding performance in School of Sciences.
4. The scholarship is a one year award, but previous recipients may reapply and be considered with other applicants.

Eligible Majors: Atmospheric Science, Biology, Mathematics
