Harper Family Foundation Scholarship

The Harper Family Foundation Scholarship was established by the Harper Family Foundation in honor of James Ansel Harper, a longtime successful businessman in Crowville, Franklin Parish, Louisiana. The Harper Family Foundation was established for charitable, educational, literary and scientific purposes. Therefore, the establishment of the Harper Family Foundation Scholarship for students from Franklin Parish is exemplary of their support of education.

To qualify for the scholarship, a student must meet the following:

1. Recipient(s) must be a full-time incoming freshman student pursuing their first undergraduate degree.
2. Scholarship is not renewable. Each award shall be a one-time award to an incoming freshman.
3. Recipient(s) must be a graduate of a public or private high school in Franklin Parish.
