Howard E. Blackstock Memorial Scholarship

Selection of recipients will be based on the following:

A. Must be a full-time student with at least a 2.0 GPA in high school or college
B. Must demonstrate financial need
C. Must be employed in a part-time job
D. Must maintain a 2.0 average to renew the scholarship
E. Must be major in the area of Business

Selection of the recipient will be made by the ULM Scholarship Committee
