Jack and Ann Hayes Memorial Scholarship

The Ann & Jack Hayes Memorial Scholarship was established by former students of Ouachita Parish High School to honor Ann & Jack Hayes who served as librarian and principal for 41 years.

1. Recipient(s) must be a graduating senior from one of the high schools in Ouachita Parish.
2. Recipient(s) must be pursuing a degree in Education.
3. Recipient(s) must have an ACT score of 22 and a 3.0 GPA in high school.
4. The scholarship is for one year and is not renewable.
