III. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION OF RECIPIENTS:
A. Based upon their working schedules, recipient(s) may be full-time or part-time, biologically female graduate students.
B. Recipient(s) must have a minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA.
C.Recipient(s) must be a native of north Louisiana, or if no eligible applicant from north Louisiana, must be a native Louisianan.

IV. SELECTION OF RECIPIENTS:
The individual awards will be determined based upon the financial need of the qualified applicants and administered by the Dean of the Graduate School.
