Jeffrey Gathings Memorial Scholarship

The Jeffery H. Gathings Memorial Scholarship was established by Mrs. Sharon Gathings in memory of her husband, Jeffery, a West Carroll Parish Deputy, who was killed in June 1988 while on duty.

1. Recipient(s) must be a graduate of a West Carroll High School.
2. Recipient(s) must have a 3.0 GPA while in high school.
3. Recipient(s) must maintain a 3.0 GPA in order to renew the scholarship.
4. The scholarship shall be renewable for a maximum of four years.
