*Established to express appreciation to the Epps School and community for allowing the Hawkins family to be a part.

1. Recipient(s) must be a graduate of Epps High School.
2. The award is for an entering freshman for one year (two semesters).
3. Recipient(s) must attend ULM and must only meet admissions standards.
