John A. and Peter T. Beckish Memorial Scholarship

The scholarship shall be named the John A. and Peter T. Beckish Memorial Scholarship established by family and friends in honor and in memory of twin brothers, John A. and Peter T. Beckish following their untimely death due to an auto accident in Mississippi during Christmas break, 1967.

1. Recipient(s) must be a full-time student pursuing their first undergraduate degree in Communication. Preference will be given to, but not limited to, sophomore classification.
2. A university student must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA in college courses.
3. Scholarship is renewable if a 2.5 GPA is maintained. The scholarship may be renewed for the remaining semesters required to complete a four year degree.
