Leroy Profit Endowed Scholarship

The scholarship has been named the Leroy Profit Scholarship, established by (Kyle Foster & Theresa Profit). The purpose is to provide scholarships for deserving Richwood High School students

To qualify for the scholarship, a recipient must meet the following:

A. Recipient(s) must be a full-time student.
B. Recipient(s) must meet university standards for acceptance in the University of Louisiana Monroe. As an incoming freshman, recipient(s) must have a minimum 3,0 cumulative GPA in high school.
C. Preference will be given to students with a cumulative GPA of 3.0-3.5
D. Preference will be given to a student based on need.
E. Scholarship is not renewable.
F. Recipient(s) must be a graduate of Richwood High School in good standing, preference given to an African American student.
c Recipient(s) must provide a one-page essay discussing how the scholarship would benefit them.
Recipient(s) must have (30) documented hours of community service.
