J. Wayne Medley Endowment Memorial Scholarship

The J. Wayne Medley Endowed Memorial Scholarship was established as a memorial to honor J. Wayne Medley by his family, friends and colleagues.

1. Recipient(s) may be full or part-time students, majoring in the accredited business program areas within the College of Business & Social Sciences, with preference given to those majoring in General Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or Finance.
2. Recipient(s) shall have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours, must be in good standing with the University, and must remain in good standing to qualify for renewal of the scholarship up to a maximum of four (4) semesters and two (2) summer sessions.
3. Preference will be given to residents of Ouachita Parish.
4. Preference will be given to applicants whose family members are either realtors or certified appraisers, or applicants referred by the Northeast Louisiana Board of Realtors or the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.
