Karen Upright Endowment for Distance Learning Students

III. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION:
To qualify for the endowment, a student must meet the following:

A. Recipient(s) may be a full-time or part-time undergraduate student pursuing a degree in the ULM distance learning programs (currently eULM).

B. Recipient(s) must meet university standards for acceptance and continuation at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

C. Endowment is renewable if a 2.5 GPA is maintained. The endowment may be renewed for the remaining semesters required to complete their degree.

D. If there are no qualified undergraduate student applicants, graduate student applicants may be considered.

IV. SELECTION OF RECIPIENT:
The eULM Scholarship Committee will send recommended recipient(s) name(s) to the University of Louisiana at Monroe Scholarship Committee for final selection(s). The name of recipient(s) shall be forwarded to the Scholarship Office as soon as selection is made.
