Ted D. Price Memorial Scholarship

Selection of recipient(s): The Ted D Price Scholarship Selection Committee will submit selections to scholarship office*

The scholarship shall be named the Ted. D. Price Memorial Scholarship, established by family and friends in honor and in memory of Ted D. Price. The purpose is to provide scholarships for deserving graduating seniors from a Winn Parish high school or from Holy Savior Menard Central High School in Alexandria, LA.

A. Recipient(s) must be an incoming freshman and a graduate of a Winn Parish high school or a graduate of Holy Savior Menard Central High School in Alexandria, LA.

B. Recipient(s) must be a full-time student pursuing a degree in one of the College of Health and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration or Accounting programs.

C. Selection will be based on ACT scores, high school GPA, leadership abilities and extra-curricular activities.

D. Scholarship is renewable if a 2.8 GPA and continued enrollment in one of the specified programs are maintained. The scholarship may be renewed up to a maximum of eight semesters for an incoming freshman. In special circumstances for degrees in certain professional programs, additional semesters of funding may be approved.
