The Mary Sue Humble Jacka Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Eye Associates of Northeast Louisiana and The Surgery Center of West Monroe. Mary Sue will be forever honored for: Her tireless dedication to Eye Associates of Northeast Louisiana and The Surgery Center of West Monroe; Her thoughtfulness and kindness to others; Her commitment to provide and maintain high standards and service; Her desire to choose education as the vehicle to assist others; Her belief that education can bring unlimited achievement for herself and others. Therefore, it is fitting and proper that her legacy be preserved through this fund which will support and encourage others with similar values.

1. Recipient(s) shall be a full-time or part-time graduate student in Business Administration or an undergraduate junior or senior pursuing a degree in Management, Marketing or Entrepreneurship.
2. To renew the scholarship, undergraduate recipient(s) must remain in the above- mentioned majors and must maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA until graduation.
3. Undergraduate recipient(s) will be eligible for continued scholarship renewal while pursuing a Masters of Business Administration.
4. Recipient(s) should possess qualities similar to those of Mary Sue Humble Jacka.
