Cecil Kay Carter Jr. Scholarship in Construction

The scholarship shall be called the Cecil Kay Carter, Jr. Scholarship in Construction.

1. Recipient(s) must be a full-time sophomore or above pursuing their first undergraduate degree in Construction Management.
2. A university student must have a minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA in college courses.
3. Scholarship is renewable if a minimum 2.0 GPA is maintained. The scholarship may be renewed for the remaining semesters required to complete a four year degree.

Selection of the recipient:
The School of Construction and a representative of the Cecil Kay Carter Scholarship Committee will send recommended recipient(s) name(s) to the University of Louisiana at Monroe Scholarship Committee for final selection(s). The name of recipient(s) shall be forwarded to the Scholarship Office as soon as selection is made.
