James A. Noe Recruiting Scholarship

The James A. Noe Recruiting Scholarship was established to provide scholarships for incoming Communication students.

To qualify for the scholarship, a student must meet the following:

A. The recipient(s) must be an incoming freshman student pursuing his or her first undergraduate degree in Mass Communications, with a focus in broadcasting.

B. As an incoming freshman, recipient(s) must have a 2.75 cumulative GPA in high school.

C. The scholarship is not renewable.

D. Recipient(s) must have been involved in co-curricular activities and service, putting in to practice the principles reflected in a lifetime of distinguished service by James A. Noe, whose memory this scholarship honors.
