James A. Noe Memorial Scholarship

The scholarship shall be named the James A Noe Memorial Scholarship. To qualify for the scholarship, a student must meet the following:

1. The recipient(s) must be a full-time sophomore, junior or senior student pursuing his or her first undergraduate degree in Communication, with a focus in broadcasting.
2. A university student must have a 2.75 cumulative GPA in college courses.
3. Scholarship is renewable for a maximum of four semesters of undergraduate study if a 2.75 GPA and co-curricular broadcast activity are maintained.
4. Recipient(s) must have been involved in co-curricular broadcast activities and service, putting in to practice the principles reflected in a lifetime of distinguished service by James A Noe, whose memory this scholarship honors.
