Amanda M. Hinton Endowment for Excellence in Accounting
The Amanda M. Hinton Endowment for Excellence in Accounting is established to assist non-traditional college students pursuing a degree in Accounting. A non-traditional student herself, Amanda completed her degree at ULM and wants to encourage others to do the same.
Awards will be paid annually in two installments at a minimum award of $500 per student, fall semester and spring semester.
III. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION:
To qualify for the scholarship, a student must meet the following:
A. Recipient(s) must be a non-traditional, full-time, senior-level student pursuing a degree in Accounting.
B. Recipient(s) must have a minimum 2.8 cumulative GPA in college courses.
C.Scholarship is not renewable as it is only available to a senior-level student.
IV. SELECTION OF RECIPIENT:
The ULM Scholarship Office will award the scholarship based upon these governing criteria.
