Howard E. Blackstock Memorial Scholarship

The Howard E. Blackstock Memorial Scholarship was established from the bequest of Florene Blackstock in memory of her husband, Howard, who passed away in 1976.

1. Recipient(s) must be a full-time student with at least a 2.0 GPA in high school or college.
2. Recipient(s) must be employed in a part-time job.
3. Recipient(s) must maintain a 2.0 GPA to renew the scholarship.
4. Recipient(s) must be a pursuing a degree in the College of Business & Social Sciences.
