Spirit Of The Warhawk Endowed Scholarship

The scholarship shall be named the Spirit of the Warhawk Endowed Scholarship, established by the University of Louisiana at Monroe Ouachita Parish Alumni Chapter. The purpose is to provide scholarships for local students.

1. Each recipient must be a full-time student pursuing their first undergraduate degree.
2. Preference is given to an incoming freshman. Each recipient must meet minimum requirements established by the University.
3. Scholarship is not renewable.
4. Each recipient must be a resident of one of the following parishes: Union, Morehouse, Lincoln, Jackson, Ouachita, Caldwell, Franklin, Richland, West Carroll, East Carroll, Madison, or Tensas.
5. Each recipient is required to submit a photo for display at the Wine Over Water Event and is encouraged to attend the Wine Over Water Event.
6. Preference will be given to children of alumni of the University of Louisiana Monroe.
