2. The scholarship will be awarded annually with disbursement in the fall and spring semesters.

3. The scholarship recipient must maintain at least a minimum 2.5 GPA in all official college courses. Any recipient whose GPA for a given semester is below a 2.5 will have one additional semester to achieve the 2.5 GPA or the scholarship will be terminated. 4. The scholarship shall be in the amount of one-half (1/2) of the amount of the student’s tuition and fees for a given semester, unless extenuating circumstances exist. The scholarship shall be intended to assist the recipient in paying tuition, fees, and for necessary textbooks and other required class materials and equipment.

5. Preference in awarding the scholarship shall be given to Scott Powerline employees and their children who meet qualifications for the scholarship.

6. At the discretion of the ULM Scholarship Office, and if the recipient is making satisfactory progress toward a degree, the scholarship may be awarded for four years or until graduation. Failure to make satisfactory progress toward the degree may result in the termination of the scholarship.

7. The recipients of the scholarships will agree to periodically update the donors on their academic progress before graduation and their career progress after graduation; the recipients will be provided appropriate contact information.
