Howard Leventhal Scholarship

Established by family and friends in honor and in memory of Howard L. Leventhal, as a fitting memorial to a patron and true friend of the performing arts. The purpose is to provide scholarships for deserving students in visual and performing arts.

To qualify for the scholarship, a student must meet the following:

1. Recipient(s) may be a full-time or part-time student pursuing a degree in the visual and performing arts, with preference given to, but not limited to, students with an emphasis in theater.
2. Preference will be given to, but not limited to, recipient(s) classified as sophomore. A university student must have a 2.5 cumulative GPA in college courses.
3. Scholarship is renewable if a 2.5 GPA is maintained. The scholarship may be renewed for the remaining semesters required to complete a four year degree
